Chocolate Stampede

Last night, Courtney, Stan, Darek and I decided it would be a lovely evening to go to Longhorn Steakhouse. After inhaling my Firecracker chicken wraps, and waiting for everyone to finish eating their steaks at a normal pace that actually allows for chewing, we decided to get desert. We decided on the Chocolate Stampede. Here is the description:

Two peaks of chocolate cake packed with six types of chocolate including chocolate mousse, fudge icing and chocolate shavings! Served with vanilla bean ice cream, fudge sauce and whipped cream

If you have never had this, I suggest finding a Longhorn near you and getting one ASAP! I know that this blog has turned in to being all about food, but SERIOUSLY! GET ONE!

Ode to Blueberry Muffins

Oh, lovely blueberry muffins, you make my Saturday mornings complete. Your steamy buttery-ness makes my stomach smile. Your powder-iness, that I only need to add 1/2 cup water to, is genius. Your fake blueberries are spectacular and done in only 19 minutes. And to think you are only $.80 cents! Thanks you, just-add water blueberry muffins. Thank you.
