Ahh, what can I say about Sam Cassell? Well, basically nothing because I dont know who he is. I DO know that he is very ugly.

So, Jared sent me a few suggestions for the ugly NBA players section of this blog. I appreciate it because I truly don't know crap about the NBA, just that most of the players are ugly. I don't know their names, other than by "Stingy-hair guy" and "Mustachio", etc. So if you have any suggestions, feel free to comment or email them to me, and I will see just how ugly they are.

So, I had forgot just how ugly the next ugly NBA player is. In fact, I forgot he existed until Isabel reminded me about him! Thanks Isabel. I even had a hard time finding pictures of him, proving my point. Even his name is ugly- Dirk Nowitzki.

Here are pictures of Carter's first bath! Doesn't he just look THRILLED? Anyway, it took 3 of us- Darek to take pictures, me to wash him, and mom to hold him up in the tub. Instead of taking a village to raise a child, I think it should just be limited 'It takes a village to bathe a child.'

Ok, so I know I have had this converstation with Jared and Beth before, and I just wanted to post about it (I figured I would mix it up a little once in a while, instead of just pictures of Carter- even though he is EXTREMELY CUTE and no one would mind just looking at him!). Anyway, the Olympics reminded me of this. Why are NBA players so ugly? I wonder if it is a requirement? Anyway, I thought once in a while (when I remember) I would post some of the fugliest NBA players. So let's begin, shall we? And where else would we start but with Adam Morrison, a.k.a Stachio? Long stringy hair? Check. Luxurious mustache? Check. General overall scariness? Check.

Chubby man!

Carter is getting chubby!! We went for a 2-week check-up today. At birth he was 7lbs 15oz and 20" long. In the hospital, he dropped down to 7lbs 5oz. But now, after eating every 2 seconds and 1 million dirty diapers, he weighs 8lbs 11 0z and is 21 1/2" long! We are going to enroll him in football training camp next week.

Carter finally decided to make his appearance on July 29th (5 days late!!). He weighed 7lbs 15 oz and was 20 inches long.
