I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas and had the chance to spend some time with the ones you love (and saved some money on your groceries beforehand!). The next time the list comes out it will be a whole new year. I have set a few resolutions for myself: 1) recycle- we don't currently but why not start now?, 2) go to the gym regularly- I am pretty good at this anyway but I want to continue it throughout next year, 3) to be a better Aunt and send all my nieces/nephews birthday cards- I have been slacking... and last but not least 4) to UNPLUG and be more present with my family. With the exception of Wednesdays (comp list day, duh!) I do not want my children to see me on the computer a lot or checking my phone every 2 seconds like I do now! This one will take time, that is for sure. Anyway, I hope you are successful with your goals for the new year!
And I FINALLY got my grade for my project that I did over the comp list. I got a B+. Definitely passing but I was really hoping/trying for an A. I may share the paper on my blog soon!
The ads for this week were okay but the ads that are the "Sunday" ads (Target, Kmart, Alco, etc.) were disappointing. Some stores didn't even have one posted (as of right now, anyway) for this week. I think things should be back to normal after this week. I will also be checking into each store's policies as I know some have changed! Once the holidays are over and things are back to normal I will get everything updated!
